There are two flaws with anchor recapping
1. When pongal recap is narrated she missed jeera.
2. During inji thogayal instead of puli she says poondu
It's very important to pay proper attention of ingredients or know basis of them. Especially for first time cooks it may go severely wrong!

Repetition is confusing. For puli she says poondu. Left repeating jeeragam which is the main essence of pongal.
Anchor needs to be careful.
But I like Amma samayal.
