The SEI mode Storyteller is top tier! I loved the SATvan and thought it was the pinnacle of sprinter vans, but this new setup is king! One of a kind!

RecVan has the 2023 Stealth Mode with the Van Up additions which bring it up to about Beast Mode level. $172K with the February 10% rebate.
Great 1 year recap. I can confirm that a full sized dirt bike (Honda CRF450RL) or even a street motorcycle (BMW R9T) will fit in the garage (not at the same time) with both sides of the murphy bed folded up. @16:45

Awesome build! And thanks to you my 2024 Sprinter has many cool, but functional upgrades! After owning six 4x4 Sprinters in the past, I must say this new awd powertrain is the best, and the 22mpg is a added bonus
Is that for real?! I haven't been able to find much info about the old drivetrain vs. new in terms of MPG with a full build out. 22mpg is incredible!

I agree with ypur choice, your storyteller is the one I prefer from all your vehicles.
Only thing I would add.....would be the high idle switch the Beast mode has.
So if your batteries are running low and you don't want to leave yet the place you are at just to charge the batteries by driving on the highway.....you can turn on the high idle and charge them in place.
Or if you are gonna Disneyland, or gonna have a hike in a place that doesn't allow pets, you can have your pets in the van with the air conditioner on, and the high idle switch ready ti recharge the batteries once they get low, to keep the air conditioner running until you get back.
To me, the high idle option is a no must have, not just a comfort, but a real, useful tool.
This thing is so sick. I've stole a lot of inspiration for my van build from yours. Hit me up if you're in socal and we can get the vans out together 🤘

This is the most dialed in van I’ve seen. Makes me want one for family ski trips and for hanging out in during breaks at work. I just have to convince my wife that it can be a daily driver. 🤔
It sounds crazy but daily driving a van like this is no different than daily driving a full sized truck

I love the build. Now that it is done, what is your mpg range?
The CAV Skinny table - do you find it stable on the Lagun mount? Mine seems to weigh 10x what the original table of the van did, and I'm worried that it's too much stress on the joints of the mount.
The ick is a lot more perceptible in places like hotels, where you have no idea who that shower curtain touched before it touched you. 🤮 LOL, but yeah, I get it. I am warming up to the sprinter platform based almost solely your vids. Been building my taco, but.... idk. Something about a very capable drive-around is quite appealing. Beats tent camping. But, tent camping is my roots. I'm torn lolol

Hey Talon, really interested that you went the VC 6.3 suspension and not the Envictus 4x4proyect system any reasons that you could share.
Evictus is insanely expensive for no real reason. It’s tech that fox developed 20+ years ago and I’ve seen vans have issues with camber & other alignment problems. They also say you cannot run a large tire like I do without voiding their warranty.
What volta battery system (size) are you running?
You must have been one of the first to get the 2023 AWD as I didn't know they were available last February.
I was definitely an early adopter. I think this was one of the first production AWDs to come out of Storyteller
