Yes it depends on ur ranks meaning better ranks = better damage meaning its not really op for newbie and also he will insult you badly if you have low ranks fr . Also , you need ranks to unlock the skills and m1 damage depends on ur ranks .Alot of pro players seems to not know about this.

It only spawn one per server idk the Caliburn location in Beneath lol u can just get it in carven bc it's easier.
u see the sword bc I waited before recording this video so if u do and don't see the sword u need to wait.
