- रिमझिम बारिश और स्कूटी का साथ या फिर लॉन्ग ड्राइव पर जाना हो किसी के साथ, ख़्याल तो अच्छा है ना, लेकिन इसके लिए आपको सबसे पहले जरूरत पड़ेगी DL या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनाना कौन बताएगा? हम बताएंगे तो ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए आपको दो प्रोसेस गुज़रना होगा. पहले आपको लर्निंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करना होता है और तय समय के बाद आप परमानेंट ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते हैं. यानी पहले आपको मिलेगा लर्निंग ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और फिर मिलेगा परमानेंट ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस. तो शुरुआत करते हैं Application process से यानी अप्लाई कैसे करना है. अप्लाई करने के लिए कहीं जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है, बस अपना फ़ोन या लैपटॉप खोल लें.

I passed PV driving test on 29th Jan'22 at Sarai Kalen Khan and till date I have not received it. It was told that it would be couriered to me. There is no response on phone and no status updation on website. I think it must be privatized for better service to customer.

In West Bengal to make driving license need voter ID, if you have adress proof of adhar card also then you can not make LL .
