Hopefully the warm weather will help. It's supposed to get warm here too later in the week. Even if the pods don't ripen, you can still use them. I dehydrate everything and turn them into powder. Those green pods are still wicked hot.👍

@@funkyfoodwithdave2250 I usually do around 132° for 24-28 hours. Sometimes longer.
