Installing the MIHAZ 5-Function 60" LED Truck Tailgate Light Bar on my 2011 Toyota Tundra

This is how I installed the light bar I bought from Amazon. I have been through about 4 different types of light bars and this is the cheapest one I have bought, only 20 bucks! It has a 1 year warranty so you can't beat that.

how did you get tail lights to work?

Not sure if I understand your question but I just plugged them into my 4-pin trailer plug by my tow hitch. The reverse light is wired directly to the reverse light wire behind the bumper. I spliced onto that at the wiring harness for my 7-pin trailer plug behind my bumper. Is that what your asking?

@@steveshome yes.. the reverse light is tricky.. ok.. got it.. im thinking of this for my utlity trailer.. looks lilke i'll find a t splitter ..

Typically a utility trailer doesn't have reverse lights which means you probably will need to run another wire just for that function, if you want reverse lights on the trailer. If you don't need reverse lights, I think they sell light bars without that feature.

Hi Earl, thanks for the comment. You have a good eye to catch that. It is very close but I figured I would cross that road once I get there. I was thinking of filing it out a bit to be on the safe side but haven't got around to it yet. Luckily I haven't needed to get my spare down but now that I am typing this I better watch out. That's funny, I wish I didn't do that in this video but it's history now. Lights are still working by the way, and I got about 40 miles to go and I will hit 300,000 miles.
