Nice shots. First pics are over Battersea Park heading north. The spit of land on the river Lea at 3:15 is now completely built on. Got lucky with the weather with this one.

I used to work and travel all over those dock on the PLA railway. Those planes are landing between the Albert dock and King George the Fifth dock.

Great Video. What have they done with that loop in the River Lee (The pale area at 3:15 ). I've always though that had great residential/business potential.
I lived 1/4 mile from it.
They've fully redeveloped it with residential highrises.

There's a hotel about 350m away from the end of the runway called the ramada and I stayed in it on the sixth floor and watched planes come in and take off - its awesome

There isn't any trees in the town or I can't see the trees?
Descending towards and into East London there are few trees, this part of London is called Docklands and used to contain a a vast area of docks and industrial land. City Airport runway is between 2 docks. The docks are now mostly unused, replaced with apartment buildings and Canary Wharf, a vast office extendion to the City of London banking area. There are many trees in Central and West London, and some amazing large parks for recreation.
