THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been struggling with fast fragments like the 3rd movement of Haydn 1st concerto, this technique blowed my mind, thanks so much Maestro

This is great, thanks. Can you also give tips on playing fast from one string to another? I know string changes can be minimized by different fingerings, but some cannot be avoided. That is where I really struggle.

You crack me up because you think you’re talking to youngsters. I’m 70! I wish I had seen your video last week. This past weekend I played Maher Fifth Symphony, and struggled so hard with the racing eighth note passages. Sure I could play them slowly. Sure, I mixed up, the rhythms as I practiced and did everything I could think of. But when you mention not pressing hard on the strings and using the bow for that, instead, it made a huge difference in my playing. Thank you. Keep making these videos!

Could you please enable the option to add subtitles with translation to other languages? I would like to add subtitles with polish translation. Your advice seems to me so important, so I would not want the language barrier to obscure its reception.

Nice tips. Would like to see Amit do fast passages in Tchaikovsky Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture ... I'm making progress, but its a struggle ... :(
