Even though my style isn’t exactly the same (especially the colour palette), I’ve still learned so much from your channel and my wardrobe is definitely looking a lot better. Where you have white, cream, pink, “oatmeal”, I’ve got black, navy blue, grey, and dusky pink. I would love to see some ways in which you WOULD style darker colours even if you don’t wear them yourself. Would be really interesting to see! Maybe could get some different “season” palettes (the ones based on skin/hair/eye colour) and put together outfits for some of the different ones. Looking forward to the rest of the edit, in any case!
In Irvine California, I wear cashmere cardigans, in winter in an air conditioned office for times when offices are cold. If I am wearing a cashmere pull on sweater, it might get too warm even in winter by mid-afternoon. So, cashmere pull on sweaters only get worn on the coldest days. My preference is to layer a crew neck or a v-neck over a button down shirt or a blouse. Then, I have the option of losing a layer. I have rarely used the half a dozen high neck sweaters worn to fit closely in taupe, camel, red, black, and beige because of our warm winters.
That tight jumper dress the shape was absolutely beautiful. I could see Kate Middleton wearing it. Just so classy. I can certainly relate with once you get a little bloated. One of the ‘perks’ of being a woman. I do wish I could find a sweater dress love them but I’m very petite 4’9 so it’s impossible to find one in my size. I just walk pass them and they are taller than me. But the good thing about fashion is there is so many options. One of my favorite pearl accessories are hair barrettes. Just sweet and dainty. I enjoy your videos. I watch all different styles and it’s nice to have a channel that is different and gives you nice very feminine outfit ideas with affordable price ranges as well. ❤️

I subscribed to your channel just over a year ago. I knew nothing about style or statement anything. However in the last year I’ve realized my own personal style and yes it does resemble yours but based on my age and size I’ve had to find similar items because some things don’t come in a plus! Not exactly true, even with a cool undertone you can have yellowish skintone and grey will look washed out or look dull. Grey will only work for cool undertone with pink/blue shades in skintone.

One comment about boots and boot height is that, yes, I. Agree. The knee high boots are the best height. I will wear ankle boots with pants, either ankle pants or full length in and cut from a slight flare,to slim, ankle, to straight and a wide leg. Yet, knee high boots are best with anything shorter, either skirts dresses or crop pants. I wear dark pants and skirts for a more slimming look and dark or black boots are the best basics for dark bottoms. I use a high top and a low top boot cut for ankle boots in black by Coach and dark brown by Clarks, a black riding style boot by Ralph Lauren. All these brands feature thick 100% leather while some are veneers.

I don't want to sound snippy but I like this style so much better then Freddy's. The neutral colors that Fashion Mumblr gravitates to is so much more versatile and stylish then having an entire wardrobe in Pale Pinks. This works!
