Filo really is surprisingly versatile, I'm slowly realising as I follow you and your tutorials Angie. I must say I found the use of filo beyond Chinese and Indian recipes rather daunting at first but towards the end of this video, I was well and truly converted, and I swear the theme From Zorba The Greek was strumming softly away in my head as I watched you tasting the fruits of your labour! 😉
