To Si - we all miss Dave mate but this video is proof, you are your own man and that was a great delivery of a cooking video. It may be too early for you yet but please consider riding on down that road, even though Dave’s not with you. He would want you to and we want to still have you in our lives. I’m a big northern Irish foodie and I’m getting emotional thinking about Dave being gone but - the way I look at it - at least Si is still with us. I remember the crazy Thai chef, you with your leg broken and being in that awful Russian bike. Please carry on Si. I think Dave would’ve wanted you to.

My best mate passed away in 2013. He really wasn't a foodie in any way but whenever we watched the footy together he'd always get these amazing Indian chilli and lemon snacks. I still get them now if there's a game on....just finished a bag. It really hurts to lose a great friend but the hurt eases with time. Now I'm just proud and happy to have bumped into my mate all those years ago, the real tragedy would have been a life where our paths didn't cross.
So lovely to see you Si - I have worried about you since losing dear Dave...his loss has been so painful, but I'm sure (as are many, many others) that you can continue - you are after all, a Hairy Biker chef & they are a very rare item ! Much love to you, Lili & all family.
