In the manga, she’s just smug about him wearing the cage as punishment for trapping her. Here, it’s like an acknowledgement that she knows how he feels after she was returned to normal size.

My guess is because this is all happening so fast (flung through air, lands in bottle, returns to normal size, bottle breaks, Ataru being all happy), that she’s slowly processing what just happened.
