I’m guessing you knew the name but it just wasn’t coming to you. Because mortadella was a staple in my household. Mortadella, salami, ham and provolone sandwich was the go to gourmet sandwich growing up.
But for those who aren’t familiar with it, I guess it could be a cultural thing.
