    We had one that decided it didn't like it's floorboards anymore in the 90s in Germany at FVD Recklinghausen.
    Didn't have to piss on it though we had our own Fire Station on camp....just because it was such a regular occurrence....
    Stallys and Ferrets also used their services on a regular basis

    Got a question about fuel, are you running on regular unleaded petrol or super (non E number), just curious as i wanted to know if the Leyland needed "modding" to accept regular and if so how did you do it?

    • @fittermat
      @fittermat  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We try and run super wherever possible, the regular unleaded is no longer recommended for older engines, something to do with the new blend not being the best for older rubber pipes and seals

      Standard Army solution. I am old enough to have been trained on the Bren gun. How do you cool the barrel down? Piss on it. I thought about that, if you had fired 500 rounds and changed the barrel and fired another 500 before the first barrel had cooled down, sound like you are in the middle of some sort of war, and standing up to piss on the barrel just seemed a strange activity with all the muck and bullets flying past your ear'oles.
