My theory about the armor and weapons having HP bars is that since it was created and animated using wild magic, and wild magic is fueled by harvested souls, its quite probably that the HP in that armor is actually reflective of the souls sacrificed to give it life and imbue it with strength, as well as allow PDL to channel wild magic spells through the armor (So that the armor can technically cast spells) and each time the HP drops, that's the imbued souls dying off or being consumed as fuel for those wild magic abilities. I imagine once its HP runs out, the armor would just become inanimate. Well, that's how I see PDLs armor working.

well considering pandora’s actor is supposed to be only able to recreate ~60% or ainz’s power if i remember correctly. i completely doubt it, mostly because PDL isn’t here to kill ainz but to test the waters and see who is the player. meaning likely both wouldn’t actually fight here and go all out. i believe they real fight is supposed to happen later as rn is information gathering time.
I think if he goes against the real Ainz there's probably very little chance he would win unless he expended large amounts of the souls he has hoarded on multiple wild magic spells that could catch Ainz by surprise or counter him completely.(not like the way he "countered" PA in the anime either) If it was PDL vs PA unrestricted, PA would probably win, even if he was only limited to Ainz' form, although the fight would be pretty close and would likely be determined by the equipment PA has If it's PDL vs PA with the same restrictions as in this fight, he would likely be crushed, which was probably the outcome of this fight anyways had Albedo not intervened. It all depends on if PA has intel on PDL or not
Yes, he should be able to defeat the Armor, considering, that he has a world class item with him, as well as better gear and would fight to survivie, not to collect data.
No way man imagine fighting a gamer with tons of cash shop items on hand not to mention ainz dint even equip his real staff that was always on the 8 floor and all of thier guild members item is on his dispposal just add the red orb that he equip always who knows what ability that world item have.😅😅

You are underestimating Dragonlord, like every players, they are aware of spells and summons from the game, especially spell and summon as powerful above tier 8. If you are a player, and witness these summons and spell, you would easily recognize them. Just as every players in Ultima Online knows that Balrog and Dragons are strongest summons.
I don't think ainz had underestimated any denizen of the new world after shalltear was taken by a world item which is why he has been so successful at concealing any information about himself from the new world.

Touch Me was wearing World Champion armor. PDL's armor is something he stole that literally takes corrosion dmg from acid
