When it was released, many blocking bugs prevented access to wizard mode. After a first patch, I was finally able to complete it successfully, which is not easy! I wouldn't be wrong in saying that this is the hardest board trophy I could get in Pinball FX.
I was very lucky because this wizard mode is incredibly difficult! In addition, I hadn't realized that the life bar (bottom left, next to the character portrait) was decreasing when the pirate targets arrived on the left of the playfield, but also throughout the mode, when the pirate captain fires a shot! I took my time as if nothing had happened, and during this time my life bar was dangerously decreasing... I understand that the mode would have been a failure if it had completely emptied!

A sa sortie, de nombreux bugs bloquants empêchaient d'accéder au mode sorcier. Après un premier correctif, j'ai enfin pu le compléter avec succès, ce qui n'est pas chose facile ! Je ne me tromperais pas en affirmant que c'est le trophée de plateau le plus dur que j'ai pu obtenir dans Pinball FX.
J'ai eu beaucoup de chance car ce wizard mode est incroyablement difficile! En plus, je ne m'étais pas rendu compte que la barre de vie (en bas à gauche, à côté du portrait du personnage) diminuait quand les cibles pirates arrivaient à gauche du plateau, mais aussi tout au long du mode, quand le capitaine pirate tirait un coup! J'ai pris mon temps comme si de rien n'était, et pendant ce temps ma barre de vie diminuait dangereusement. Je crois comprendre que le mode aurait été un échec si elle s'était vidé complètement!

I really like the theming and the ambience of this table. I really wish the difficulty and mechanics were toned down a little bit, though I'll probably buy it anyway because the Samurai table appears to be really fun. Have many/all of the bugs you found and posted about this table been fixed by the June 29th update?

Apparently yes, all blocking bugs have been fixed. But they ignored my reports about the balance difficulty.

@@LUPsClub Thank you for your response! I am new to FX and pinball as a whole, does Zen ever make changes in difficulty or mechanics for a table that is already released? I like this look, and I LOVE the Samurai one so I'll probably get the pack eventually, though atm I'm trying to find a good table that's fun enough to play enough for my first wizard mode that's on sale.

@@windup13ird60 it happens, sometimes they manage to correct certain things, to make a fairer balance. But not often.
If you want more details on the tables and their wizard mode, I recommend our little forum (the link in the description), there are a lot of opinions ;) (it's a french forum but we can use a translator)

@LUPsClub I actually just started looking at them now. The Indy Jones guide is terrific and like nothing I have seen for pinball! Looking for Zen tables however all I see are videos of the in-game table guide, but I'll look at the forums proper.
