@@MariosKJ I was surprised by Gikwang's voice this come back. He is so stable and his voice has matured beautifully. On top of it he composed this new song. Dujun showed his range in his solo album last year. Dongwoon really stepped up once Hyunseung left. Most of the redistributed lines went to him. He had so little lines in their early days. He worked really hard and Junhyung too encouraged him a lot.
Dongwoon's birthday is on a couple of days now so let's say they're all past 30 now! Mystery, Shock and Breathe (the one you were not sure you'd listened to) were quite big hits at the time but yeah Fiction was absolutely huge and they were the first group from a small company to won Daesang with it. I really think they gave a lot of courage to other groups who were not from the Big 3 to go for their dreams and showed them that they had as much right to succeed as trainees from SM/YG/JYP (which is probably why a lot of 3rd & 4th gen group name them as their role model). For the scandal, I agree that it's very sad but I kind of understand the reason why that was the final decision, maybe some day they will be able to perform again as 5 (or even 6). For now, I think Gikwang did a great job of capturing Junhyung's songwriting style in the new song without it being just a copy. It's a genuinely good song and I'm so proud he was able to pull it off when he was doubting they would still be relevant so much. 💚

Fiction was the song that hooked me in. and their whole fiction & fact album - cHEf's KISS. I even remember downloading whole albums in mp3 and transferring them to my cellphone ahah good times. I remember yoseop sunggyu and youngjae sang I Corre there, it was heavenly gosh i still listen to their performance even now😭 Also i agree midnight was underrated, i love the original and acoustic version of it, love the choreo they did in 2013 beautiful show 😭😭 also love Dream girl performance on the same concert👌🏻

Not many people know Highlight esp the newer fans to Kpop. Highlight or B2ST at the time, were the first ever kpop group that I got into so hard. They were also the 1st group that I saw perform live. I'm a longtime fan of the group Highlights, who loved them since 2010 and who was my favorite member for about 10 years until Jun-hyung withdrew due to scandal. When he first started a scandal, I didn't believe he could do that. But when he admitted his mistake and said he was leaving the highlight in about three days, he thought it was right to leave the group. You said he didn't do such a big mistake, but he did a big one: seeing him filmed illegally and torn the victim's life apart, he said something wrong. And his act of such conduct is like betraying fans and members who really liked and cheered him, Dong-woon said one day. I don't want to do anything that disappoints my fans 'humanly'. Jun-hyung betrayed the heart and faith of Dong-woon. If Jun-hyung was in the group, it was obvious that Jun-hyung's work would continue to mention the group in the bad article and damage the group image. You said Jun-hyung didn’t do much in the scandal, and that he didn’t understand leaving the group, but Jun-hyung was on the sidelines of such a crime. He did not say anything while watching the victim's heart and life tear apart. You are also watching crime, saying that you do not understand that Jun-hyung left the group. I was upset when I saw the video of Jun-hyung. Why would he do that? I want to go back to the time there were all five. I was happy with five. But when I thought of her, I thought it was more important to restore her life than to my happiness. What would she think about him on television? He said something bad when he saw the video that he secretly shot and circulated. He lives happily on TV, and why do not I think of my life like this? Is not it too sick and upset for her? There is only so much we can say on his case as we dont know the full details. I agree that he had some part in it but, i mean being apart of a group chat it is almost impossible to not get thrown into the mix hence why i dont blame him. But, i agree the 4 members are and will continue being great as they are i love highlight so much💜
Actually he’s not in the group chat. He did not involved with the group who did those thing and he did not film the video.Jung Junyoung was the one who record it.Junyoung sent the video on one-on-one chat to him and he said something nasty in which he admitted. He do not involved in those crimes but he somehow kept silence on it.The scandal was very huge at that time so he decided to withdraw from Highlight in order to protect the members and group image. As sad as am I, but I accepted his withdrawal with heavy heart as it was a huge scandal. I think it was justified considering the scale of the scandal
