    Hi rohini with your inspiration I have started my 75 hard challenge on 28 April my weight was 117kgs and now it's my 5th day today I checked my weight it's 113 I lossed 4kgs l. Thank you this challange is very important in my life to show everyone that I can do anything because of my weight I faced a lot problem now it's time to change my life.

      I have seriously told 1000 times dear
      I don't do any kind of dieting
      I have purely homemade food make in sarso oil
      And have skipped outside fast food for 75 days
      Left Sugar for life

    Di, I am doing walking and exercises regularly by following your advices.apki exercise ki video samne chalake mai exercise karti hu..isse mai bahut energetic feel karti hu..2 weeks before I was at 84kg and today I checked with empty stomach it was 81.4kg😊

      Bas bahar ka fast food chod do 75 days ke liye, sugar band karo hamesha ke liye, oily, fried band kar do 75 days ke liye aur baki Workouts karo

      People think chapati has only gluten
      But it also has fiber
      Do not strain the pisa hua atta
      Use it whole
      And fresh pisa hua atta has full fiber which a whole wheat has coz we give whole wheat for grinding and shop wale atta's then don't grind whole wheat they remove the heart of the atta which is fiber
      So always use fresh grounded chakki ka atta
