People think chapati has only gluten But it also has fiber Do not strain the pisa hua atta Use it whole And fresh pisa hua atta has full fiber which a whole wheat has coz we give whole wheat for grinding and shop wale atta's then don't grind whole wheat they remove the heart of the atta which is fiber So always use fresh grounded chakki ka atta

Try to start eating gluten free now, more and more fibre will help you loose lower belly, jus a suggestion😊
