They aren't really bands they're groups Not all of them are instrumental musicians in the groups and not all groups are very hands on in production. They aren't really bands they're groups
Not all of them are instrumental musicians in the groups and not all groups are very hands on in production.
So calling them a band would be kind of misleading in interpretation since western bands usually all play an instrument of some kind as well as singing.

itzy has 5 songs for now out there. Their first one is DALLA DALLA and Want It? - DALLA DALLA has an M/V too but Want It? is a B-Side song. The new Album to the song you listened too (ICY) is there "first" Mini Album with 3 new songs and 2 remixes of the first once. DALLA DALLA doesn't get a CD. I don't know why but... their songs came in February this year and I started listening to their songs a short while after that. I know what you mean with the mix of TWICE and BLACKPINK. I listen to BLACKPINK too and I love their way of doing things. But itzy brought me the hole LOVE of K-POP in my life. Every time I listen to a song from them I always start smiling, singing and dancing along. Even my boyfriend who doesn't like these kinds of songs allows me to hear them in his car. xD

yes, they did change the pre-choruses. lia who had on the red dress, was the first one to sing, and chaeryeong, who had on the green pants, was the second to sing. yuna, with the blonde hair (who looks like a barbie) is the one doing all the catchy ad-libs and stuff. yeji, is the leader who’s voice you said you really liked. & ryujin with the pink hair is indeed the main rapper! fun fact, three of them are still school and the other two are only 21. ❤️

You were pretty spot on about the TWICE x BLACKPINK thing, ITZY is part of the same company as TWICE, and are the "little sister" group to TWICE (groups under JYP are considered like a family, for example TWICE + GOT7 are the older sisters and brothers, meanwhile ITZY and Stray Kids are the younger sisters and brothers.) So to conclude, ITZY is like the little sister of TWICE, but a little bit sassy, 'girl power', maybe a bit rebellious, which is where you'd get the BLACKPINK vibe from :)
