The only thing I can somewhat agree with is quick draw but that depends on what build your going for

There’s much better builds than this. It really depends on your play style, and the ACR is a very diverse weapon. This would probably be good for someone who’s running around a lot, flanking. It’s kinda like turning the ACR into an MP7, but with worse recoil and rate of fire.

ACR is level 45 and I play the game maybe once or twice a week. Sounds like you’re just lazy, or you want a reason to complain. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
