The clips making up the 'reaction' shots from audience and bgt or agt judges I recall from previous unrelated acts performed on these shows. It seems to be a out-together piece. I was drawn to the human story behind the performer, but think this is similar to the 'put-together' bits and pieces and AI (artificial computer generated 'tv' output, e.g., using bgt judge's reactions to other people's performances in past bgt shows. It is a made up compilation - as fake as artificial intelligence. You can't believe it when the singer's words are not in sinc with the facial movements. It is false. The story seemed emotionally compelling but - false obviously.
