I want a game in the main galaxy that is the aftermath and rebuilding... Krogans getting antsy vs the rachnai, pirates using the crippled galactic navies as an opportunity to make pocket empires, a joint Quarian-Geth fleet with the new "Legion" Class carrier dealing with an escaped and resurgent Yahg race, the lesser races forming a joint military because they were basically abandoned by the council to fend for themselves... So many plot options because of the actions from the 3 main games... A game with more text and less forced combat, but when combat happens it should be hard, fast, and lethal to the player.
There is so much about this universe, that even a prequel would need almost a trilogy and I love your ideas. But I also see many missing opportunities on this trilogy. As you already wrote, Yahg, but also something more about rachny and a Batarian companion, with a dlc focused on them, in ME3. I remember there was 1 dlc in ME1 but, maybe, was the dlc that's no longer exist. I wish I had the opportunity, with a dlc, to further look into batarians lore and also, be able to get anyone alongside. So I could play with Legion for one more time. It's not gonna happen but hope always stand.
It would be interesting that if paragon shepard is canon, and he gave in to indoctrination, he would have chosen the blue option, taking control of the reapers himself. Imagine you have another trilogy, this time shepard fought the reapers, took control over them, uses them to force council into decisions he thinks are right, there is peace at first, but he slowly builds a dictatorship and shepard loses himself, and over time he kills for the slightest opposition, sending a big reaper fleet to the batarians to almost wipe them out, the council secretly contacts his old team, tell them to take him down, so you have to maneuver through shepards controlled reapers areas undetected to get close to him, create distractions for him on the galaxy to make sure his controlled reapers are spread thin when they investigage, so he is distracted before you perform the killing blow on him, with a secretly build large fleet to take down the few reapers he left at his location to protect him, you havent seen him for a long time, and when you see him, you see that he is heavily modified even more than saren and there will be an epic final battle to kill shepard, before he manages to take back the all over the galaxy spread reapers assistance to aid him in the final battle.
We get to spend WAY too little time with Legion. He just shows up out of the blue just before the final mission in ME2, and then you just get to work with him briefly in ME3. I wish he'd been introduced at the very START of ME2 instead.
Apart from Shepard and maybe Tali, I feel like Edi was the closest thing to a friend Legion had on the Normandy. Both are sentient AIs that evolved and both understood each other as fellow AIs. There was even a conversation between the two on the Lair of the Shadow Broker on Legion’s file. I like to believe that Edi helped Legion understand organics during his time on the ship.
Bro... the whole AI consciousness debate is ultimately a debate about human consciousness and certainly far as video games go Mass Effect does the best job of explaining it
Geth buddy, it's been a hell of a ride. I miss them already and this is coming from someone who after years of trying finally managed to establish peace between the quarians and the geth.

That was the orginal plan for ME2, Legion was meant to avalible near the start of the game
