In New York that house would be at least )4000 a month . Maybe if you lucky you get something like that for a minimum $3500. The building I live in the 2 bedrooms are at least $3000 maybe up to $3600. The 3 bedrooms are about $4000. I’m in a one bedroom and it $2600 a month. I do have a voucher through the city. It’s Cityfheps a voucher program in NYC it’s something like section 8. The tenant pay 30 percent
