How to charge your Nitecore MH12 flashlight with the included charging cable.
Only thing you need to remember is to have your flashlight turned on when you insert the charging cable. If you do not have the flashlight turned on then it will not charge.

Yes, when I do this, it wont turn off, it will just continue shining when connected to USB charger, also switching light modes no longer works, there's something very wrong with this otherwise awesome flashlight =C

I'm at 3.8v currently, plugged it in and turned on light. It won't charge. Will it not charge if it's not below a certain level?

eljoelmagnifico Sir, I am not 100% positive on this question. I would ask tech support or just run the light down and try then to be sure. Sorry I could not help!

How to know whether we turn into the charge mode or not when it completely run out of power. We cannot see the light when pressing the button to ensure that it has turned into the charge mode

The blue light stays on. Sorry. Not the flashlight. The flashlight is for off before and I plug mine in. The blue light comes on and it charges.

if its blinking fast then you have to turn on the flashlight if its blinking slowly then its chargeing

While the flashlight is on, the blue light will blink once every 2 seconds if the battery charge is below 50%. It will start blinking rapidly when the power level is very low (say, 10% or less). Hope this helps.

Why do you turnt it on to charge ? I have a flashlight that used a 2600 mah battery and nitecore had the exact kind. The one in my flashlight a friend gave me was a plain blue one. I use to charge it while off but it wouldn’t hold charge. Is this the reason why it don’t hold charge since I was charging while off? The brand of mines says ”iit”. When I charge while off the light comes on really quick than goes off. Red light glows meaning charging n turns green when charge .

The blue light will turn off when fully charged, great light, I just ordered one for my mom.
