I am getting an error: "Could not find file 'C:\Users\admin\Downloads\input.xlsx'" in the "Move File" activity. Is it mandatory that our download folder should be kept in the C:/ only? Currently, i have placed the download folder in E:/ in my laptop.

I would recommend you to place the downloaded files into project folder as a best practice
When we publish this into orchestartor it will be sent as a complete package
But there is no restriction as such however u should give the right path of the file where ever you have downloaded
