The Lord has taken me through all these and I have learnt from it. What pastor John is saying true. I pray effectively but the war in the mind is something that the devil will not stop attacking. He hacks into our mind and starts projecting things that will make us think we are the ones thinking those thoughts.
Submitting to the Holy Spirit and using the Self Control he gives is the best... Never stop reading the word too. You can read **Psalms 119:105,133**
