Outstanding! Perfect🤠😎👍🏾 lemme save you alot of money though. I use two forks (one in each hand) poke the meat rapidly cover every centimeter of meat both sides. I then melt 1 cup of butter and drizzle all over the meat both sides. The meat drinks in the butter. I let it stand for 10-15mins, salt n pepper to taste both sides. Quick pan sear both sides of meat with hot frying pan. Then allow meat to cook to desired consistency each side (well, medium, etc;) serve. Same great flavor with a lil crunch and save $43 in butter. Tenderizing with two forks I find best because whatever marinade you pour on meat, only goes IN to the depth of the fork on both sides. I salt n pepper steak (or whatever meat it is) AFTER pouring on marinade. Because it too goes in to the depth of the forks as it sits for 10-15mins. As soon as you pan sear, all of marinade and seasonings get locked into meat as it cooks. You get more for less using this method. More flavor, more consistency, more color. More people to fall in love with your cooking😉😉🤠😎👍🏾🤣 🍷🍷

First we'll add some butter, then season it with butter. Now that the butter is seasoned with butter, we're gonna add some more butter. Then we're gonna poor some butter and let it sit for a bit.
