If finally after trial if accused proved innocent, who will give the affected persons harmful life in jail. Hence giving bail in all matters within 90 days is apt.
If accused politically, administrative, and financially influence perdon significantly, then how will they not misuse their power position? What are the guidelines about such a situation? As a learner , I would like to know. Thanks
Mr. Rajdeep ji and other learned penalist, I have a request to you all. Why not a comparative study brought out for a few IPC, say 420etc procedure and guidelines in India, UK, Japan and US. How their legal system tackle and judgments are awarded.
