Sideflip Progression

This is how I learned to side flip in my backyard. For some reason despite being labeled a beginner trick it took me forever to wrap my head around this move. I️ hope you enjoy, land is at 4:38

Nice happy to hear you didn’t have to struggle as much as I did this trick was a pain. Keep doing hundreds of sideflips and make small changes to form every attempt and that will change

nice job bro! I already landed the sideflip on the bed, even though I don't land it everytime....... but i'm working on it. Plus, you should watch christopher tung's video about 5 biggest sideflip mistakes so you can improve your sideflip

we dont have a park here, its a small village. but we do have a swimming pool, it costs 30 PHP. I still dont understand how to flip sideways in air, i can do it in pool before but, idk what happened to me.

If this guy learned to block (i.e. have his legs in front of his body) he would have learnt it like 3 times quicker and have a lot better form.
