Hi Savannah, Enjoyed your review of the Grand Magic hotel , I was thinking of booking this hotel , but I read some reviews saying that once you leave the reception area the hotel has a bad stench smell ,😮 is this true? Also that staff are not friendly and they force you to eat your breakfast quickly, last year I stayed at the Campanile hotel it was decent but your not allowed to sit in the dining area bar unless you buy food or drink and the hotel rooms had no kettle , what do you think should I ignore the bad reviews and book Grand Magic ? Thanks 👍 David
Hi David, I haven’t been there since February 2023 however I didn’t notice any of the issues you’ve mentioned. The staff were great at the hotel, no bad smells and we weren’t hurried out of the dining room. For the value, it really is worth it. I’ve stayed at both the Disney budget hotels Cheyenne and Santa Fe. They are better in terms of transport to the park, however the hotel facilities and room sizes are better at the Grand Magic. Be warned, the shuttle from The Grand Magic can be a nightmare but it’s only 10-15 minutes. I hope this helps :)
@@savannaontour Hi Savannah, Good morning 🌞 thanks for your reply and information, I decided to book up to stay at The Magic Grand for September it does look like a nice hotel and I'm looking forward to staying there . 😄👍 What about yourself are you going back to Disney Paris ? Thanks again Best wishes David
@@davidGPS95 amazing news! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! I love Disneyland Paris and hope to visit again next year! I definitely will avoid any special holidays (went in Easter this year and it was the worst experience I’ve had there however, it’s usually amazing hence why I keep going back!). I hope you have a magical trip! 😊
You can drop your luggage off to the hotel before check in if you arrive early and head to the park, I’m not sure about when you check out though I’m sure it would be the case. If not, you can store your luggage in the Disney park luggage storage area for a fee per bag. We paid €12 for one suitcase. The hotel only has the one buffet restaurant but you can get the free shuttle which takes 10 mins to the Disney village which has many different restaurants such as McDonald’s, Rosalie, steakhouse, Billy bobs! 😊
@@Gemma-f4n hello! I’m so sorry I didn’t specifically check about dairy free however there are fruits available, I’m certain there were milk alternatives and cereals. Bacon, potatoes, you can request eggs cooked in different ways. Unfortunately, they don’t list this information on their site either! The reception team is very good, maybe pop them an email and they could let you know for certain! Hope this helps 😊
Going in October, can't wait
You'll love it! Have a great time!
Take a shot every time I say 'Hotel'. Good luck.
Going in August the 19th. Hopefully it will be warm.
@@spacejam8765 hopefully it will be! Have a great trip!

I went to this hotel last week and it didn’t have a stench
it has disgusting breakfast and people clearly haven’t heard of deodorant there
How easy was it to get there from the airport?
Very straightforward
Nice video. Does the hotel hold luggage? Also, what are the alternative dinner options?

Do you know if there is any dairy free options at the breakfast?

@@savannaontour thank you so much for replying I will email them
Does this hotel have a breakfast buffet? Or is it some sort of ordering?
The breakfast is a buffet as far as I’m aware :)
@@savannaontour oh ok, i was just wondering if it was variant enough if it has drinks like orange juice and stuff
@@timetraveler9272 yes, it has juices like orange and apple. Teas, coffees. Pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon. Cereal, bread, pastries. Lots of choice!
