Awesome recipe chef. 👍🏻
My Variation: I replaced the tomatoes with carrots (wanted the whole salad in crunchy texture)
Added finely chopped garlic (two cloves)
A dash of sesame oil and some roasted crushed cashews and sesame seeds (while serving).
