creating datum curves from cross section in creo says feature failed in Veiw Manager.

Is there any way to create cross section curves from within a sketch or the workflow is to create a section, create curves from section and project them into the sketch?
I guess either way it is good to know it is at least possible!

Use the Xsec button in the Sketch References dialog box.
