First. And Ford is the best truck ever Built Tough and I love the Ford Rangers the old school models I got a 1996 Ford Splash Ranger sidestep addition and I want to turn it into a Baja

Not sure what that is, not expert, that has to do with the shocks?
@@mjschmidtmedia2894 yes a second shock with adjustable tubes other than the coilover.
@@4wheeltrips I believe they are Sway-A-Way coilover 6:09
I also believe they are custom done shocks with resi feed down the shock body so once you pass that the shock valving does 100% of the work, like a bypass shock does in the bump zone past the last tube.

A-arms are cycling faster than the frame rate lmao. Can't even tell what's happening
The gopro that was recording the A-arms was recording at 24fps, and I sped the footage up to match the rest of the footage that was recorded @ 30fps. should have been recording at 60fps, would have looked better, So yes the movement of the A-Arms is exaggerated.
What engine?
Most likely SOHC
I believe it's the Ford 4.0 sohc, but bored and stroked out.
@@mjschmidtmedia2894 always liked a screaming built 4liter, the one that Mike Ruane had in the Team Orbit 7open truck was insane!
@@freethinkingamerican80 The owner of the truck has rebuilt the engine like 3 times, the space is tight up front, hardly any room for anything bigger.
