Thank you for this video! I am newbie in using Davinci Resolve and I've watched a lot of tutorials. This one was one of the best! Quick but in the same time you've explained very well se we can also understand what you're doing, not just repeating the steps! Thank you!
Thank you! Always try my best to keep my videos as short as possible without cutting any information! Appreciate the feedback & super happy you liked the video!
Thanks so much! Your video is not long. But clear, precise, short, and sweet. That was very helpful..Coming from Adobe to DaVinci...Needed some quick tips.
Hey Isaac! Love to read this, thank you so much! Super happy the video was helpful for you! The new video coming out today might also be helpful for you if your just starting with Resolve! Coming up later today!🙌🏽
my goodness. thanik you so much. I was using qualifier to find the white spot in the picture and using curve, was moving up and down. This is way cooler.. thank you a lot
Just gonna echo the fast, concise, no-bullshit comments - and add that I now feel really smart knowing how to use that advanced-looking radar scopey thingy. Fastest subscribe-button smash of my life.
@@mickcraftgaming I’ll be sharing a new powergrade I‘ve made tomorrow in a video where that‘s included and I‘ll briefly talk about this - you might wanna check it out!:)
HEY! Excellent advice! Thank you. Can I ask you a question. I am new to Davinci, and I would like to know: when you press AUTOBALANCE, where exactly these changes happen? I looked everywhere. :) probably an idiotic question :))) but I really was trying to look hard :( no luck.
Awesome video definitely going to use this! Can you do a video comparing the free version of da Vinci against the paid studio version? I just brought it and can’t wait to use all those water marked effects 😅
Thank you so much!! Now, first of all, you did the right thing! It is well worth the money - and a comparison video between free and studio might be interesting - note that on my list!! :)
Thank you so much, this is really helpful and your presentation is straight to the point. Expecting more helpful stuffs like this 🔥 , Good day to you 😇✌️
So...i can just use the global wheel? :O And I guess for some finer tuning, I could also add smaller moves on Lift, Gamma and Gain as well? The more I learn, the more it seems to me that the technical aspect of color grading is actually simple. We balance it, add some primary / contrast etc adjustments (which can also be based on taste), and then we do the "look" part, which can totally be up to the personal taste. Does that make sense?
Hey Anatoliy - the first node is empty and has nothing on it, the second node has a color Space Transform on it, because those clips were shot in raw and I had to convert them to rec.709 first so you could see the actual colors and not the desaturated and less contrasty raw version!:)
😵💫 really? I try for hours to fix the white balance with every slider and thats it? At the moment you are my hero!
Haha, sometimes the easiest solution is the best! Thanks for the kind words!
WHY IN GOD'S NAME DID NO ONE EVER TELL ME THIS BEFORE
Hey Justin - this is super easy right? 😄🙌🏽
Thanks for the 💎 man! 👋🏼

Hi Basti, What 2 nodes are you using here? In your video you can see 2 nodes or effects. Which are they?
Hey Anatoliy - the first node is empty and has nothing on it, the second node has a color Space Transform on it, because those clips were shot in raw and I had to convert them to rec.709 first so you could see the actual colors and not the desaturated and less contrasty raw version!:)
