Signed up for test and gave it a quick go yesterday. Overall found it quite good fun if a little basic in its combat (understandable with it being a mobile game). For some reason I couldn’t remap my key binding as I wanted to change the binding of lshift to my mouse’s side buttons. Not being able to do this meant that when I was playing (and being a BF player) I was constantly trying to run faster and pressing the lshift button which is one of the ability keys in the game. Nevertheless still fun.
I found it underwelming and ran back to Marvel Rivals pretty fast. Lol. I think it would be more fun if it was using existing Star Wars characters and not these D-list characters. A droid Jedi that is literally named J-3DI??? zzzz. It all feels kinda cheesy, generic, and low effort. It's like Disney gave them a license and then said don't associate your game in any way with actual Star Wars lore/cannon.
Makinh new and creative new characters isn't low effort. It is far better than just putting typical Star Wars character 3 in a game again. They all have personality, backstory and great cosmetics. It's all canon and they have lots of deep lore cuts
@@A7ZATRU Disagree. The characters are so lackluster and generic. When you come up with names like K-AOS, J-3DI, Utooni, Sentinel, etc... That's low effort.
@@pixelbat So the names are what makes a character generic? Did you not understand that the characters are made from scratch with their own backstories and rivalries with other characters in the arena. You want to see another Darth Vader story told a millionth time?

you should be using aran tal's boosters to knock around enemies. does really good damage and confuses them.

They aren't. No reason to either, create new cool characters which they have done
