    Kim was one of the first Tarot tubers I watched. I didn't explore Spread Machine/Spread Crafter much, but I'm putting this on my wish list now.

      I love Kim's energy and creativity! So happy I found her in my tarot journey - or, well, that her decks and videos were what started my tarot journey!

    Thanks for showing how you use this deck. I love how you mindfully chose categories to represent the season to do a reading. This was really great and while i dont have these decks it gave me ideas of how i could use an oracle deck in the same way.

      Yeah, this deck takes some exploration, and also some "just sit with it" time. I find it really rewarding to work with and to become familiar with, and of course, to enhance my tarot readings!

    At 3:32 you made me laugh so hard. That voice you made was priceless. I had to rewind it several times. Thanks for the laugh and the video. 😅

    Hey, first off, I am SO late getting to this but 😂thank you for this video! It helped me think about how I could potentially use these decks, and I decided to get the two expansions because there was a bundle sale for them. So, I won't have the main one, but I feel like the expansions are more up my alley anyways so we'll see. I noticed you liked to use a lot of the spread cards to then draw tarot over them, and my brain's buzzing in a more different direction of using 1 spread card to be the theme of the reading lol. But as you said, there seems to be no rules with them, which is cool.

      The expansions are fantastic! They have so many cool concepts, packaged into neat lil prompts. I *just* did a week-ahead reading with the Quest one; "Boss Fight" and "Ultimate Move" came up, and they just felt so helpful and spot on. 😀 Excited for you to play with them and see how they click for you, Livi!!

    Thanks for sharing. I hope that you will share more of the spreads and ways you are using this deck. I’ve had this deck for a year and haven’t touched it since initial opening and exploring. It is just overwhelming at times. It’s like going to a buffet…I want a little of everything, but I’ll get too full if I do that so I need to narrow down my selection…oh but which do I take and which do I bypass??

    • @tangytarot
      @tangytarot  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I feel that! Wanting everything and not sure where to start or pare down. If I have more ideas of how to use them on camera, I will definitely show them more! Maybe a "breaking in the deck: basic spreads" type of video could be useful 🤔

      @@tangytarot that would be helpful! I think right now it seems like a stand alone oracle, which is fine. I guess I’m wanting more from it.

      It's not the first time that I hear that my Spread Crafter's series can be overwhelming (sorry!!!! LOL it's my most conceptual decks out there)...I've been considering making a few more videos about how to use the decks, and maybe a lengthier guidebook 😂😂 I created the main deck + the expansion packs one after another and in 3 months time (it was sort of like cosmic creative vomit - sounds kind of gross but that's how fast they came out LOL) and I didn't get to create more content around it because right after I published the decks I burned out and went through the dark night of the soul LOL!!!!!

      @@FablesDen LOL, and Awwww. I love the whole concept of this deck and the aesthetics of it. As a stand alone oracle it’s easy to use. As a spread creator to use with other card systems is where I get stuck. I get the burn out and sorry you felt that. for me, I’m not sure a bigger guidebook is what I need….more videos with a real real reading (it could be made up). For example, there are days when I want to read, but I don’t have any real question and I don’t want the general or what’s my energy, or what to know today? Or, some one asks a Y/n, but they really want to know more, but I can’t quite find a good question. Hope this helps.

    • @tangytarot
      @tangytarot  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It sounds like you're asking about reading without a starting specific question - if that's so, these prompts are great for that. You could start with a focus area, and pull spread cards, oracle cards, or tarot cards around those focus areas. Or start with one card (whether prompt, oracle, or tarot), then keep asking follow-up questions and pulling cards, as if having a conversation with the deck. For Y/N questions, perhaps looking through these spread prompts could help you figure out a helpful follow-up/clarifying question to ask.
      These are interesting ideas! I may try them out and put them in a future video :) So many possibilities!
