    We are designed to wake up as the sun comes up and go to sleep when the sun goes down. Simple, so if we deviate from that too much = problems, both mentally and physically. No phone, take a good book to bed.

    @durianrider: Off topic. No criticism here, more of a genuine question you would have the experience to answer. I have noticed that you used to have naturally very thick hair. These days it’s obvious you are thinning out on the top. My theory (feel free to comment) is that this is less likely to be a genetic reason as it is happening in your late 40’s (most genetic baldness patterns begin in the 20’s/30’s). Would you say the likely culprit is your (publicly acknowledged ) experiments with testosterone and /or other steroids? Again, serious question, not having a go here. You may have accurate knowledge on this.

    • @durianriders
      @durianriders  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      I definitely had hollywood hair for sure and virtually zero body hair. Since using anabolicsc(2014 onwards) Ive seen hair on my body that never used to be there and less hair on my head for sure. Not everyone experiences this with AAS and some have this just naturally but that has been my experience for myself.
      NEVER jack up your testosterone or dht if you want to keep your hollywood hair.
      That is why most fake nattys have hair systems. The sharp eye can spot them if you look at their hairline from their early years vs now.
      Hair is very very genetic and so his how we will respond to AAS.
      A lot of guys worry about their hair because good hair just looks good! BUT....it is a bonus vs a cornerstone of life quality. In the gay community hair is VERY important. But if you are a straight bro like me then Ive found girls dont care that much about hair and more about your overall masculine presence in how you make them feel and what you can provide for them. Every day I see bros with epic hair like I used to have yet I know they are not getting the types of women they really want yet could have if they had better inner game etc.
      Even when I had hollywood hair I used to shave it off most of the time anyway because shaved head feels best in the heat as an athlete.

    So true, no one so far i had chat in comment sections before, who asked for studies really cared about those. And some of them behaved like they knew "science" or studies and they presented the study and they had no idea what their own study is actually saying. Usually its carnivore crew, one guy said eating a lot of eggs each day is super healthy and gave study that didn't recommend eating more than 2 eggs for "healthy" individuals whatever that means.. But he was convinced his study was supporting his views :D.. Im done proving my point in comment section waste of my time lol. They don't really care about whats right, they just wanna see their beliefs supported.
