No problem we can leave it outside for 45 min or you can refrigerate the batter but the baking time varies

Today I tried the cake without adding colour and it came out very soft.At the start of the cake bite it is very sweet but when swallowing into throat it is little bitter. ( without butter cream frosting) . What is the mistake can you tell me.
