I have the Loop bag. It's perfect for my lifestyle. I don't baby my bag. I'm a busy mom of 2 little girls. I take my bag to work, I work with children, sometimes my bag gets "softly tossed". Like I mentioned, I don't baby my bag. The bag has to keep up. It fits so much. It can be adjustable and the chain acts as a shoulder bag and is also removable. So is 3 bags in one. Worth the money.
I purchased the speedy 35 damier ebene in 2009/2010. This was my go to bag for many years and decided as I’m getting older I needed to downsize to smaller bags. I’m your age as well. I ended up buying the speedy 25 bandoulière damier ebene and sold my 35 last year. Best choice I made. The strap is very versatile and I can use the bag casually and freely.
Just get the bag you want. Don’t buy a substitute bc you will still want the original item. I’ve spent $$$ trying to be fulfilled with the substitute and in the end I would buy the original bag I wanted and lose money.

I just purchased the speedy b 25 in de and love it so I say, go with that! It’s so carefree and holds A LOT. I know you have the 35 speedy already but I think they both serve much different purposes. You could almost use the 35 as an overnight bag (I think this is what hellocatwalk city does with hers) and use the 25 for every day use.
I bought the Speedy B in Damier ebene too but also bought the classic Speedy 25 traditional LV monogram without the strap, I wanted to have at least one LV monogram in my collection so I now have that. Love the bags!
Hi Amber, That is what I would recommend. Get the Lockme Ever in the next size up!! It's actually a really good size, and comes with an adjustable leather strap!! I still say that bag looks like you. I know what you mean when I say that. I like the LV Oxford, but its too similar to the Pochette Metis. I like the Saumur too, but the size available just isn't big enough for me.
Ok so sell ur micro speedy and large one - then invest in the speedy 25 bando - they’re the best and fit loads plus it’s worth spraying- I use mine every day I have the monogram and the emprint leather black with the cream LV logo Best thing ever x x x

Hi Amber, I think you should go for the lockme in the bigger size, that was the bag that first made you go and purchase the smaller size. The new style Oxford is beautiful but it’s very very close to the Pochette metis so I think the lockme is different for your collection 😊

Get the speedy b 25 in the DE, I just got it about a month ago and love it. I have a speedy 30 that I purchased in 2008 in monogram that I will never get rid of. The speedy b 25 is so carefree especially in the DE.
I think you should look into the SpeedyB 25 in DE .. it won’t disappoint, I have it in Mono and DE and I love them, I think it would go so much with your style, and with the colder months coming up ahead you would get so much use out of it in my opinion, yes you have the 35 but it’s not crossbody and it’s not a bag you would use everyday. Definitely try the 25 😊

I had the the new Oxford. Returned it. I like my Pochette Métis much better. I just got the new Fendigraphy. I’m loving it. Not the one with gold letters they just came out with it in leather letters and braided handle. Check it out. I’m in love.

I was in a Chanel cosmetic shop in Tampa to buy a holiday set and the SA said she’d only give me a charm if I spent $350 or more. I ended up buying it at Neiman’s so I could get points, they didn’t have charms and they didn’t even wrap it in tissue paper, just tossed it in a Neiman’s bag. Not the Chanel experience I was hoping for. Maybe I just didn’t appear to be a Chanel girl. However, the Chanel leather shop in Neiman’s was happy to sell me a Chanel WOC where they wrapped it beautifully.
I never had an issue with the coach leather is an amazing quality. I think your channel bag is peeling.😮 I feel is more the brands than the quality of the high end leather lately.
I like the Oxford but I did not see it person. If you are not so sure about the strap length I would pass on this. Think with the Speedy B DE you will have a care free bag. Think I would check out other brands too for more casual bags. Not sure if it is just style but maybe the YSL Niki Baby in Lambskin is an option as a more casual bag. Or the Fendi Baguette… but at least for me I would have to buy another strap that is adjustable… Think I would wait if there is currently nothing that gives you sleepless nights 😄

For me, the Speedy 35 is too big for a handbag, but I would absolutely use it for overnight luggage. My Speedy 25B in DE is definitely an everyday bag. Very carefree and always looks great. Actually, I would use them both together. I also really love the Lock Me in the medium size. Hard decisions .... 💕
Amber i enjoy your content! I bought an damier Odeon pm recently 😅 based on your review I did buy the lock me mini in greige. Two things I’ve noticed. 1) I wish the strapped clipped to the bag sides, and not the handle. When you open the bag, the more stuff the bag holds, the heavier it falls when you open the bag…all the weight is holding onto the top flap, and doesn’t support the weight of the bag properly. 2) if you get the larger bag and hold more items, it may be an issue. I would go back to the store and put heavy items…see how you feel about the bag then! 3) I bought it because I thought the strap was gorgeous. It’s definitely more of a Sunday brunch vibe! I wear it with more dresses and heels. 4) the bag is way too long on me (I’m 5’) I’m trying to fix it by clipping the bag on the inside strap..I love the where the bag hits me with this change, and I feel the bag is Way more supported. Hope this helps! ❤

The larger lock me top handle looks slightly awkward in my opinion when worn crossbody because of the height at which it sticks up if that makes sense! Just my two cents. Enjoy your search! 👛🥰
