Those onion rings look the bomb. To guarantee they're cooked through, you can steam them as part of the prep stage. When you need them for order you then follow your normal process. Guaranteed delicious every time.

I like mustards and wasabi to bring out the ( allyl isothiocyanate vapers) that spice up the nasel sinuses if you know what I mean. 🔥 I've read that mixing cold flat beer with mustard powder will produce this type of mustard. Your place and foods look phenomenal! Austin bbq is on my bucket list! Thanks to yalls 👍👊✌️
If these items were so good, then why would have to adulterate them with sauce and mustard? The base must be missing something there somewhere for you to have to cover up the taste!

I think we’ll keep it 50/50 for now, we dont produce enough tallow to only fry in it.
If the dining room is packed, there is gonna be long waits to get this o-rings. Thats a time consuming process to hand bread like that.
