just purchased a GT380. After last round is fired, the slide presses hard against the rear of the follower. so hard in fact,... This jams the mag and will not release. I must push follower down thru gun until the slide is able to travel forward and free the mag. Is this how the gun is designed? If so, how do you add a mag. with the slide locked rear?// many thanks, Do yours work this way?

Are the recoil springs interchangeable between the two models?

Yes, they are. Marrying one to a different gun may need fine tuning. These hang up a little in places but nothing a fine file couldn't fix.

@@Die-CastMetal started with just a frame and took some confidence and a file but I got the eBay slide (with firing pin and extractor) to marry up with the eBay recoil spring and the eBay safety switch, taking it out to the range this weekend!
