i feel like anyone capable of actually using rivets to secure pieces of metal together can also modify a center punch in the exact same way you have. folk have been making rivets like this forever, but it's frankly ingenious to modify the automatic center punch, and other punch into a hammer and anvil. like, you don't have a 'system' or anything, just a neat tool mod. i'd share those ideas freely rather than try to sell them to novice jewelers that don't know better.

Nice work and very good informative tutorial, where do you get your stinger riveting system and the domed ratchet tool that roads the top of the rivot?
You mentioned a pulse ….that shoots an electric current making a ball on the wire. What is the name of that tool, I did not catch the full name from the demonstration.

it's a $3 harbor freight auto center punch with a little bit of metal removed. if you're working with metal already you should have the tools to make one yourself

Your awesome. Thank you. I make my own rivets too. I make 16 gauge too but also make 18 gauge for smaller pieces like small pendants
