  • In this video we explored the Amalfi Coast! It was farther away from Napoli than we had originally thought but it was still such an easy day trip. You could do it like us but we suggest if you want a more relaxing time choose one place to go visit so you can enjoy exploring the beaches, restaurants, cafes, and shops instead of sitting on the bus for most of the day! Hope you enjoy the video :)

    Loving your vlogs Girls. Europe is so much fun. As a frequent traveller who gets motion sickness as well, I can highly recommend getting a set of sea bands if you can get your hands on them. Chemists and drug stores usually sell them. The are amazing and help me on planes, boats and long car journeys. They work on pressure points on your wrists and stop you feeling nauseous. I have had mine for years, they are amazing!!! If you can’t find any, also try anything with ginger in it that’s a natural anti nausea fix too. Have fun on the rest of your trip !!!!

    Omg, at 3:28 when Narissa's head was down, I was like, "Oh no, what's wrong with Narissa? :(" And then the video kept going, and you guys explained it! Narissa, I hope you are feeling better. Make time to take time, if needed. Stay safe girls ❤

      It was a tough day for Nerissa! Motion sickness definitely got the better of her for most of the day but by the end she was doing a lot better 🥰

    I'm with you Nerissa, on those windy roads. Our best experience was on a windy road at night and the driver kept turning off the lights on a curve - so he could see the lights of the car approaching the other side of the curve!!!! We did survive though! Memories of Sorrento (and a side trip to the Isle of Capri and the blue grotto)! So much to see and you did so much in one awesome day. Thank you. 🙂

      We wish we could've done a trip to the Isle of Capri and the blue grotto! We will definitely have to come back to check it out 😁

    Even though you did it all on public transit, I am still shocked by some of those prices! Cheaper than I thought for the amount of places you saw in one day. Also, any day with a Naples pizza is a good day.

      Couldn’t agree with you more!! The pizza in Napoli is absolutely amazing 😍

    One thing I learned from the video:
    - 1:58 the train says "sorrento" at the front indicating the destination. Same for the bus indicating the destination clearly at 3:32
    One thing I wish I had learned from the video:
    - Locations and steps for buying train and bus tickets.
    One thing I am concerned about:
    - 7:28 Are many shops in Amalfi CLOSED except during the most touristy seasons?

    • @robynandgraham
      @robynandgraham  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha yes unfortunately we got Sorrento and Salerno mixed up in our heads and we thought we wanted to head to Sorrento first 😂 both ways work to reach the Amalfi coast, however, we do recommend going to Salerno for a faster route! As for locations you can pretty much choose whatever towns you would like to stop at on the coast! The most famous is Amalfi but we found Positano even more stunning! You buy tickets are either the train station or the bus terminal 🤗 at least that's what we did! When we went there were many shops closed, I think it becomes more open closer to April when the weather starts to get warmer but I'm not 100% positive on that! Hope this helps!
