This is the first nightcore I listened to and while I usually find nightcore to be a pretty odd concept, I love this version. I like it a lot better than the original.

What speed did you take the original up to...to get this sound?
I know this is quite old but you can figure out the tempo change quite easily

Which just so happens to be very close to one of the standard tempo changes on Audacity and is one of the most common tempo changes used in nightcore, general rule of thumb is nightcore is about 20% faster than original with the pitch being raised to a similar level but not always at the same level.
