They should see "Master and Commander" about the wars on see between France and Great Britain in the early 1800. It is a masterpiece and vastly considered by historians as the most respectul and realistic movie of what happened at the time. A great story of friendship between two man too !
And tell them this movie was released at the same time of Return of the King so naturally not many people went to see it in theaters even though it's a masterpiece.
The flying dutchman's ship looks very spooky in this movie.

Apparently Babu and Raeen don't know that any captain of a ship can marry people. Example, if you go on a luxury cruise, the captain of that ship can marry a couple. Please let them know that.

I never get tired of going back to this story. The build-up was so intense and came to one of the biggest epic conclusions in movie history. Love it.
There's one more scene after the final credits end. All the Pirates movies have one but for part 3 it tells them about what happened to Will Turner. The one for part 2 is also great.
2000-2010 really were the best times for hollywood when it came to big epics like this. its a shame they dont make them like this anymore

@@AntonioRivera28 what you're describing is simply a difference in taste. You were lamenting that Hollywood don't do epics like PotC anymore. Whether you like Marvel movies or not they definitely fit the "epic* category in terms of scope, budget, box office, cast, and spectacle l. Personally I prefer the first PotC to any Avengers movie, but I can't deny that Endgame was an epic scale movie.
@@feariex people are certainly free to prefer any movie over another, but each of the 4 avengers movies sored higher with critics, audiences, and box office than the second and third PotC movie. I loved curse of the black pearl. The movies then progressively reduced in quality after that. Marvel have recently followed that same path with their last 4 or 5 movies.

they may not know that but im still they accepted the wedding as a completely valid one without doubt XD also Raeen understood Barbossa's role in the ceremony, he called him "priest"

Jack Sparrow isn't just dead, he's on the Island of the Dead! In our real world, this place is comparable to hell! Seen in this way, he is not just a dead person, but his soul is also dead! So he died in hell too!
Glad they are still seeing this series. I loved how Babu put his hand up as well like many of us did when Jack asked if any of the crew came to get him simply because they missed him. I never understood context of this scene at 16:17 because if they shot the heart, should Davy Jones not be killed? The same way when it was stabbed near the end of the movie? Besides, the whole point was to control Davy Jones to do what the Navy wanted as long as they had the heart in the possession.
I always assumed it as a threat to Jones.
That scene was so cut up in post-production it was a mess. It _was_ meant to establish the curse on the heart, and the death of Governor Swann.

It would be great if the next movies they start watching are those from the legendary monsterverse, that is, the Kinkong and Godzilla movies that have come out so far

I would really like them to watch King Kong (2005) before any of the Monsterverse movies. Because that King Kong is the smallest scale so it doesn't desensitize them to the larger monsters. After that, absolutely, the entire monsterverse and also Pacific Ring (but make sure they understand Pacific Rim is a different story otherwise they'll keep wondering when the large robots start showing up, better to do Pacific Rim after the Monsterverse series.)
I think an interesting Film they could watch would be A Knights Tale, I think they'd enjoy the content and message of the story.
I wonder if they would like to: "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" (2017).

@React 2.0 That was awesome, you show some of the videos I grew up on as a child. I would highly recommend showing Pearl Harbour, How to Train Your Dragon, Indiana Jones, and at least the first Transformers movie.

It aged incredibly well. I've actually started to enjoy it even more since I saw it in theater because how it keeps comparing better to worse and worse Hollywood movies.

Babu is constantly talking down to and demeaning Raeen and his coworkers. He talks like he has all the answers when he is probably the least educated in the room. For a while it was just silly elderly behavior but now he is getting VERY comfortable demeaning his coworkers on camera for the world to see. He thinks he can push himself up by pushing others down.

Honestly it’s probably best if we just pretend there’s only 3. The next two are fine but unnecessary.
Nah the 4th is fantastic and hilarious.
4th has added value due to depicting Europe during the 18th century. I'm not a fan but those scenes are interesting to Indian people. But yeah, let's pretend that 5th movie doesn't exist. It ruins the series because of how they turn Jack Sparrow into a complete clown.

Babu Is so rude and arrogant to Raeen. For a while it was kind of funny like a grandpa lecturing his granD son but now it is just getting ridiculous. Raeen is very patient with Babu and always lets his demeaning remarks go uncontested but I can see the frustration in Raeens eyes sometimes. I know that Babu is old and believes he knows more about the world than anybody younger but this is prideful and arrogant of him because Raeen is very smart and educated young man. BABU STOP TALKING DOWN TO AND DEMEANING RAEEN WE CAN SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
I don't know for a fact as I don't speak the language, but there may be lost transaction between what's said and what you're reading what was said, the wording may not always translate as said making what's said seem more rude than it is.

No, trust us: the journey's over. Pirates 4 and 5 have some fun moments, but they're not really worth watching as a whole. The writers for Pirates 3 just had to include a few hooks for sequels because Disney execs can't just let a good story have an ending.
4th is okay but the 5th trashes all over the legacy and is just a sad movie. I think they will enjoy the 4th movie as it shows them Europe during the Colonial era which is interesting to them. Just present it to them as a new story and forget about the 5th movie. If Raeen wants to see another naval movie, there's Master & Commander.
