That deer when it woke up felt safe enough to sleep in your yard after its ordeal. That says so much about you and your husband and the energy that you have within you. Animals are sensitive to it and that deer felt safe. Thank you to you and your husband for doing all that needed to be done. We as humans kill so much of the nature around us unnecessarily and here are the two of you doing everything you can to help but one creature of nature. I've been watching your channels for quite a while and I knew your love of animals but I can say that as a stranger on the other side of the screen, I have a deeper respect for you as a human after seeing this video. I love this comment. Everyone is killing the animals. They barely stand a chance between hunting and mankind. This deer is beautiful and I’m so happy they helped it! This brought tears to my eyes-poor innocent baby deserves nothing but love and happiness. Animals feel pain just as humans do. Those traps are disgusting, EVIL, vile, the devil!!!! I cannot believe at one time people used those for hunting(and I think still do?). Trapping is one of the most despicable ways to make an animal suffer for a looooooooong time. Had this baby not been helped, he would have suffered a long painful death(starvation, dehydration, severe pain that I cannot put into words). Please everyone do research on what animals do through for mankind-from entertainment to vanity- animals are the ones that suffer everyday.

How lucky this deer came to your backyard. Helping this small creature would not cross the mind of many people now..too caught up in themselves I think. Thank you for saving and sharing. They must outlaw those traps, they are cruel and not necessary. You can deter deer by planting plants they don't like, they will move on ... I guess we have the same energy lol anytime any animal is in trouble my automatic response is to try to feed while balling and using baby talk. So glad he's doing ok.
Omg this made me cry! I hate seeing animals being hurt by careless humans. Thank goodness he was rescued from that awful situation. I am actually currently going to school for a fish and wildlife degree and I hope one day to be able to help wild animals when they need it. I always wonder why anyone would use these traps while living among innocent animals. If they want to protect their garden, there are many other ways to go about it without cruelty. I hope you let your community know how this sweet creature suffered so someone could save their frozen garden. Thank you for capturing this. As it is heartbreaking, it has a wonderful ending & hopefully will open the eyes of people who feel entitled to punish an animal for wandering into their garden with pain & cruelty while we are the ones who put ourselves in their shrinking environment.

Happy new years! thankfully you were the one that found him not everyone is kind enough to do something thank you for helping him I have deer that come to my house cause they know my property is a safe place that they can sleep and eat here but that means they also come when they're hurt too at least they can some can get help ❤❤

Omg this made me cry! I hate seeing animals being hurt by careless humans. Thank goodness he was rescued from that awful situation. I am actually currently going to school for a fish and wildlife degree and I hope one day to be able to help wild animals when they need it. Thank you for your part in helping him and spreading awareness through his video. 🥰🥰🥰
I always wonder why anyone would use these traps while living among innocent animals. If they want to protect their garden, there are many other ways to go about it without cruelty. I hope you let your community know how this sweet creature suffered so someone could save their frozen garden. Thank you for capturing this. As it is heartbreaking, it has a wonderful ending & hopefully will open the eyes of people who feel entitled to punish an animal for wandering into their garden with pain & cruelty while we are the ones who put ourselves in their shrinking environment.
