Had to rebuild an old Front and back labeler almost drove me mad. Calls to the factory for support, they told me I should give up. But I didn't and made it work. Good job on that set up!
It would be amazing if everyone did videos like this. Trying to find a training video of any kind on most machines at my factory is like asking for a kidney
I would start by making sure that your peel plate is square with the conveyor in both directions. Then make sure that your bottle's label panel is square with the bottom of the bottle. Typically a label that is running uphill or downhill on a bottle is an indicator that the label is coming out of the label head crooked or the bottle is inconsistant.

What happens if my label doesn't align properly on the bottle. For example one end is higher than the other end if label.
