Can you imagine if the Bears play with a big lead, like Sunday, where they don't have to worry as much about the run game and can pin their ears back. It's imperative that we score more in the 1st quarter, and this proves that point..go Bears!
Up until yesterday, we were among the worst in 1st Quarter and 1st half scoring.

Gervon popped off the screen against the Panthers. One play in particular, not the sack but his motor getting to Dalton just … man. He looked like a guy I wouldn’t want to play against.

I see sacks and pressures coming at critical moments in games- so this means that coaching and leadership is coming together. Stats could improve from here 🤩

Walker is more productive on the inside with Sweat, Dexter and Taylor. These four are becoming almost unblockable.
Walker had a couple insanely important pressures that last game too, he's being sleeper good. We just need consistency, then the league will wake up.

I have talked you about this before. When pressure comes from the inside, it crumbles the pocket and makes the outside rushers even more effective. Dexter St. and Billings are dogs.

I didn’t worry about the D line. Walker is and was about average, and Sweat is a too 10 DE. Booker is good too. Dex and Big Bill are above average and improving too, so I didn’t see the concern others did. Jacob Martin is really good too if he gets going…..
Everyone seems to have "success" stats to display.... I would be curious to see "unsuccessful" stats... you know, you see players (you pick the team) dancing/celebrating after a good play... but you don't see them dancing when they Puck up.
I like that the Bears have more sacks than the Lions and over half of thier sacks are Hutchison.
And the Lions were supposed to be the most dominant line in the league

Who will replace JB with his concussion issue ? I certainly wouldn’t even consider playing him . I 🙏 he is going to Ok . I don’t know his situation so can you fill us in on him .
Jonathan Owens is starter quality and has played a massive amount of FS and SS. I'm not too worried.

On half sacks I kind of see PFF's reasoning...if both guys get to the QB at the same time, it may register as 1 sack, but if they had been alone it would have been 1 sack for the that guy...if 2 guys rob a bank of a million dollars we don't say they stole 500K each. They stole a million. Not a big deal though.
