Hey can you solve my doubt relating state impose tax on the authority established by centre for the consumption of electricity but As we all know that state can't impose tax on consumption of electricity by centre

@@sanataniboy5671 in the 3rd point of book, the state legislature cannot impose tax on sale of electricity which is consumed by the centre. And in 4th point the state can impose tax on electricity sold by any authority established by the Parliament, not necessarily it has to be consumed by centre. While in previous point it has to be consumed by centre.

I have a question if state legislature can impose tax in respect of water as you give an example hydropower plant of two states kerala and other state so my query is which state lagislature can impose tax mean both states can impose tax or if one then which one?
