Thank you. Yes, they will schedule your COVID test on-site in enough time before you have to leave. It did take about an hour for us to get through as there were 4 families in front of us. But that said, once we were next, the testing was very quick and had results within minutes. Hope your family enjoys your trip. We were beyond ready for a vacation after being locked up for a year.
Have you been to Beaches Turks and Caicos? We were there in 2019. Now, we want to go to Beaches Negril like your family. If you have been to Turks and Caicos, which is better? How's the water there in Negril? Turquoise blue? Seaweed?
Hi MRV, we have not been to Turks and Caicos. In fact, this was our first Beaches Resort stay and we really enjoyed it. The water in Negril is extremely calm (no waves) and was clear. I can not compare the water to T&C color, but I don't think you would be disappointed with a Rum in your hand. As far as seaweed, the resort keeps the beach combed every morning so we did not experience any on the beach. Seaweed might also be heaver depending on the weather if something off shore is stirring up the water. Our travel agent has been to several Beaches resorts in the Caribbean and this is by far their favorite one and they go multiple times a year if that says anything.
Did they have Covid testing on site? Reason i ask is we need negative tests to return to US? This video is great!!

We were there around the same time you guys were I think we probably have seen u guys there!
